
Starting again..writing infact after 1.5 yrs....thanks to one of my New Year Resolution.
I think the best way to start afresh for this NEW Year is to write my resolutions.
Ofcourse resolutions are made to be broken :)..but believe me the time you put yourself in deep thoughts for any resolutions gives so much of peace and satifaction :P
Its a beginning........... of new thoughts and ideas.
Its a beginning...........of new words,new actions.
Its a sunrise of hope!!
Top 10 New Year Resolutions of 2009
1) Daily Writing - a kind of dairy.
Its always good to pen down thoughts of what happened in whole day.
2) Daily Reading - atleast 15min of reading any articles, books.
3) Fit in Fitness - regular exercise daily.
4) My behavior with others - Socializing
Need to change my always casual attitude with others. Should reveal confident and positive nature. Regular Believe in yourself dosage.
5) Self improvements steps - weekly check how much I improved on my weaknesses.
My speech involving speed and clarity. Weekly check over it. Its a must
6) Walking & Sitting posture....keep myself reminding for upstraight.
7) Weekly assessment of cleanup process of Negative thinking...so much has been aggregated over the past:P
8) Better concentration and understanding of things...looks like i hav become "surface gatherer" in that past. Need to improve on my concentration during work, and stop mind wandering into all corners. Need to increase my cache memory, and listen things till its introspected my mind.
9) Remember whenever you feel bored - so many things to do in life.
Sports is the one option which got Adarsh certification in every past situations.
Reading and googling....are other
10) Habbit Jotting down, capturing any good learnings, new findings.
